Coach Coz Bicycle Crunch

Step 1  Lie on your back placing your hands along the side of your body.
Step 2  Bend your knees with your feet on the floor.
Step 3  Lift your legs and place them on a 90 degree angle.
Step 4  Move one leg at a time like you're pedaling a bicycle.



 
Recipe of the Day
Coach Coz Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 cup of ice cubes
1 cup of low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup of sliced strawberries
1 cup of blueberries
1 cup of sliced bananas

Utensils
Measuring cup and spoon
Blender
Serving glass

Directions
1.  Pour all ingredients into the blender.
2.  Put the lid on the blender and blend for one minute.
3.  Pour into glass and enjoy your fruit smoothie!



 
Health Tip of the Day
Drink Water Every Day!

Our bodies are made up of over 70% water. We should drink six to eight cups of water everyday in order to keep our bodies healthy. Before exercising, you should drink 10 ounces of water. During exercising, you should drink four ounces of water every fifteen minutes, and after exercising, drink two cups of water. Water helps the cells and organs in our bodies, keeps the fluids running through our system and keeps us from dehydrating. Water is the most important nutrient in our bodies, so keep drinking water!
